Description: Newsletter-style listserv to inform interested members of the USU community on the progress of and opportunities related to USU's IChange project, This effort is part of the Aspire Alliance IChange Network, hosted by APLU. Aspire's Institutional Change initiative (IChange) seeks to cultivate post-secondary institutions where STEM faculty from underrepresented groups (URGs) are widely recruited, hired and retained, and all STEM faculty employ inclusive teaching, advising, and research mentoring. The USU project is focused on all academic fields not just STEM fields.
